We are all experiencing it to one degree or another...
We are all caught between total/increasing social awareness and total/increasing social isolation...
Doesn't exactly create healthy mental states...
Feeling powerless to help those we see who need it desperately and/or unable to accept help out of fear of being hurt not helped...
we're due for some kind of new adaptation... 🤔 how do we survive?
